Returns/exchanges are welcome 30 days from your Order Date - if like-new, unwashed, unsoiled, unscented condition with all packaging, instructions, and accessories. One exchange is allowed with free domestic shipping via the method of our choice (or $5 shipping credit on international exchanges), plus one more additional exchange is allowed, but you cover the shipping.
Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your refund to be processed from the time we receive it at our warehouse. Exchanges we try to process within a week, you will be notified if an item is backordered.
Any and all shipping expenses will be deducted from refunds, even if a free shipping promotion was in place. We reserve the right to refuse a return if past return date or in unacceptable condition, or charge a restocking fee of our choice.

If your Order # is below 50000, and your Order Date was BEFORE August 15, 2008, you will need to send any returns back to our Colorado address. Failure to do so will incur delays and additional charges to forward your package to the correct address!

Avoid Restocking Fees
- Include a copy of your invoice with your return.
- Include all packaging, brochures, and accessories that were included with the item.
- Carefully fold all products and package the item(s) with adequate protection. (Do not use the carrier box as a "package" box.)
- When shipping back, we suggest some sort of delivery confirmation so we both know that the package arrived.
- No Invoice included (10%)
- Missing packaging/instructions/accessories [5-20%]
- Inadequate/inappropriate shipment packaging [5-10%]
- Wrinkly/wadded up, soiled, linty/pet hair, scented/perfumed [5-25%]
- Returns totaling $200 or more in 30 day period [5-10%]
- Special ordered items [10-15%]. Custom items are non-refundable
If item is received in poor condition (excessively wrinkly, scented, pet hair/linty or soiled), smelling of smoke, missing an invoice (with no clues who the item is from), or past the 30 day trial, item(s) will be returned.
