How do I return an item?

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are welcome 30 days from your Order Date. Items returned to us must be like-new and resellable-- unwashed, unsoiled, unscented condition with all packaging, instructions, and accessories.

Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed from the time we receive it at our warehouse. We try to process exchanges as quickly as possible within 2 business days.

All shipping expenses will be deducted from refunds, even if a free shipping promotion was in place. We reserve the right to refuse a return if past 30 days or if received in unacceptable condition.

Avoid Restocking Fees

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds for items that are not in like-new condition when returned to us. Items that are dirty, washed, scented, not in original packaging or that do not include all original instructions/dvds will incur a 10% restocking fee.

Include a copy of your invoice with your return.
Include all packaging, brochures, and accessories that were included with the item.
Carefully fold all products and package the item(s) with adequate protection. (Do not use the carrier box as the shipping box.)
When shipping back, we suggest some sort of delivery confirmation, tracking and/or insurance so we both know that the package arrived.

Certain items are non returnable or exchangeable for sanitary reasons or if they are on clearance or a final sale. All items of this nature will be noted on the product page and on the invoice.

If item is received in poor condition (excessively wrinkled, scented, pet hair/linty or soiled), smelling of smoke, or 30 days past your order date, your item(s) may be returned to you at your expense.

How much will my shipping be?

Your shipping total is dependent on a few things:

Order weight
Destination
Method of shipment you chose when you checkout

Orders ship from Seattle, WA, and currently we use USPS (United States Postal Service) as our shipment provider. Depending on the weight of your order, and your order destination, you will be offered the applicable USPS shipment methods: USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority International, USPS Express International.

After you add all items to your order and Checkout, choosing your Shipping Address, you'll be presented with all available shipment options and their costs.

Can you mark my international order as "Gift"?

We are sorry, but marking an order as Gift on the customs form is illegal. So we cannot do this for you.

We also highly discourage ordering gift-wrapping for international orders, as the gift-wrap may be opened during customs.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), and Paypal as payments.

Do you charge sales tax and how much?

For Washington residents, the state sales tax of 9% is applied.

Sales tax will not be charged for orders outside of Washington.
